Totsugo is an AI-powered document management and chat system. Key features include:

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features and specifications of the Service at any time without prior notice.

Account Creation

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account.

Account Suspension and Termination

• Infringing on intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
• Unauthorized data collection or scraping through the Service
• Impersonating other users
• Interfering with the operation of the Service

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you upload, post, transmit, or display through the Service ("User Content").

License Grant

By submitting User Content, you grant us and our service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and perform your User Content for the purpose of providing, improving, and promoting the Service.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights. We are not responsible for the content of User Content.

Integrated Services

The Service provides features that integrate with email services, chat services, payment services, and other third-party services ("Integrated Services").

Use of Integrated Services

To use Integrated Services, you must agree to their terms of service and provide necessary authentication credentials. Use of Integrated Services is at your own risk.

Integrated Services Responsibility

We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, security, or content of Integrated Services. Please contact the provider of the Integrated Service directly regarding any issues.

Data Sharing

Plan Changes

You may change or cancel your plan at any time. Plan changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription, you may continue to use the Service until the end of your current billing period. Automatic renewal will not occur after cancellation.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new prices.

Plan Content Changes

We reserve the right to modify the features, storage capacity, processing limits, and other service offerings of each plan at any time. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified plan content.

Usage Limits and Quotas

Each plan has limits on available features, storage capacity, and processing volume. Exceeding these limits may result in additional charges or temporary service restrictions.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within a reasonable period.

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your data through your account settings. However, some data may be retained if required by law, for dispute resolution, or for Service operation.

Backups

Deleted data may remain in our backup systems for a period of time. Complete deletion may take up to 90 days.

Termination by You

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by deleting your account.

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the following cases:

• Violation of these Terms
• Illegal activities
• Extended account inactivity
• Other reasons we deem legitimate

Service Discontinuation

We reserve the right to discontinue the Service entirely with 30 days' prior notice. We will provide an opportunity to export your data before discontinuation.

Service Provision

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the Service will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or securely.

AI Output Accuracy

AI-generated outputs from the Service are for reference purposes only. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or usefulness. Always verify important decisions with human review. We are not liable for any damages arising from decisions based on AI outputs.

Workflow Automation Responsibility

You are ultimately responsible for actions executed by the Service's workflow automation features (email sending, data updates, notifications, etc.). You are responsible for configuring, testing, and monitoring workflows.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us in the past 12 months.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

International Use

While the Service is accessible from outside Japan, these Terms are governed by Japanese law. If you use the Service from outside Japan, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If there are material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Assignment

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
